It almost sounds too good to be true. But researchers in the UK recently discovered that taking a long, hot bath can burn as many calories as a 30 minute walk!

I love a good walk, and I love a good bath. Imagine the pounds that will fall off if I do both every day! Okay, that might not be realistic, but it sure sounds good as I'm writing this.

Researchers from many places around the world agree that regular hot baths can also lower your blood pressure, blood sugar and reduce inflammation. You can read more about that here.
