Bob Dylan has always been a pretty quiet guy. Keeps to himself, no big surprises. But it turns out, that while he's that way with the rest of us, he enjoys being around his family. He even hosts Thanksgiving dinner. And apparently, he loved his Aunt Irene.

Irene Goldfine of Hibbing, Mn, died this week at age 95. She was the sister to Bob's mom, Beatty. And in Irene's obituary in the Star Tribune and Hibbing Daily Tribune, there was a "thank you to nephews David (Gayle) and Bob, for always taking extra good care of her."

That makes me smile. I don't care how grumpy or anti-social you might think Bob Dylan is. He took "extra good care" of his 95 year old aunt, and that's enough for me.
