"Farmer Of The Year" was shot in the small southwestern Minnesota town of Tyler, and it opens today!

The movie is about an aging widower who sells his farm and sets off across country with his granddaughter in a dilapidated Winnebago to attend the 65th reunion of his World War ll fellow veterans.

You'll see some residents of Tyler as extras in the movie, as well as many scenes of the town that you'll find familiar if you've been there. It's described as funny, heartwarming and a story of aging and resilience.

If you want to see "Farmer Of The Year" you should probably do it in the next few days, as it's a limited run.
