The NFL just released their 2018-2019 season schedules yesterday and it looks like our Vikings are in for a ridiculous tough year in the season ahead. Here's who got the easy season schedules this year.

Most of us are well aware that the Cleveland Browns are the most awful team in the NFL, so every team looks forward to that week they get to play the Browns. The Vikings won't get the opportunity to play them though, as they have quite a feat for a schedule this year.

Take a look at the full schedule for every NFL team below. It was just released by the NFL yesterday:

Here's who is considered to have the easiest schedule this year:

  1. Houston Texans
  2. Tennessee Titans
  3. Cincinnati Bengals (they play the Bengals twice)
  4. Oakland Raiders
  5. Jacksonville Jaguars
  6. New York Jets
  7. Pittsburgh Steelers (they play the Bengals twice)
  8. Denver Broncos
  9. Los Angeles Chargers
  10. Indianapolis Colts

I have nothing against the Bengals personally, but many teams that play them are considered to have an 'easier' schedule this year.

The Minnesota Vikings are on tap to play some VERY good teams to start the year. Traditionally the teams that can get  to 3-0 right off the bat seem to do well through the year. Here's who we face the first 3 games this year:

  1. San Francisco 49ers
  2. Green Bay Packers
  3. Buffalo Bills

The good news is that we get to open the regular season at home on September 9th against the 49ers! Our week 2 against the Packers will be played in Green Bay, and you can bet that Aaron Rodgers will be seeking revenge for taking him out for a couple months last year. If we can get a win in Green Bay then I think we'll be paving a path of playoff success again this year. Keeping our fingers crossed!

Skol!
