Kids Say the Darnedest Things (Like Compare You to Angry Birds)

If you have a child or know someone with a child or have ever at any point had any interaction with a child, you know the truth in the proverb "Kids say the darnedest things." You also know that when they do, sometimes all you can do is laugh and appreciate them for it.

My wife Katie works in the school system as an Educational Assistant, and she recently had this conversation with a student:

Mrs. R! Have you ever seen the Angry Birds movie?"

 

Uhhhh, parts of it..."

 

Well, you look like the red bird...because of...you know...the eyebrows."

*Palm to face*

If you're unfamiliar with Angry Birds, Red Bird is the always-angry bird in the middle below.

For the record, my wife's eyebrows are not that big, bushy or angry (usually). Still, I had a good laugh after hearing her encounter!
