Summer time is definitely the season for festivals here in Minnesota. Most of them being music festivals, which is awesome. One of my all time favorite activities is checking the local music scene and watching people perform live.

But not all of Minnesota’s world famous festivals are confined to just music. There are plenty of others to check out as well. One that has been growing exponentially in recent years is the Lemonade Concert and Art Fair at St. Cloud State University.

It features more than 200 hand-made art and craft vendors, a Little Lemon’s Art Park for children, local musical and theatre acts on the World Commons stage, food vendors, the Granite City Days opening ceremony, a performance by the St. Cloud Symphony Orchestra and — of course — lemonade. Sounds like a fun time. The festival lasts from 11 am to 8:30 pm on June 21st and admission is completely free.
