According to Queen's label University Music Group (UMG), as of Monday, December 10 Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody" is the the most streamed song from the 20th century.

With over 1.6 billion streams globally, it's also the most-streamed classic rock song of all time.

To be ranked, all registered streaming services are considered including Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, and Youtube.

Brian May -- Queen guitarist and founding member -- said in a statement, "So the River of Rock Music has metamorphosed into streams! Very happy that our music is still flowing to the max!"

Billboard notes that "Bohemian Rhapsody" has entered the Hot 100 three separate times since its release in 1975, the latter two occasions thanks to the films Wayne's World (1992) and the most recent Freddie Mercury biopic by the same name.
