March is the snowiest month of the year in St. Cloud -- so we shouldn't be too surprised, but according to the National Weather Service we're in for 2-3 inches of snow beginning Monday night into Tuesday.

The Tuesday morning commute could be a bit messy. Another more potent storm is taking aim at Central Minnesota later in the week.

From the National Weather Service this afternoon: Winter is not through with us yet! Snow will spread into western MN Monday evening and slide across southern MN through Tuesday morning. Friday, a wet system will move into the area that will bring a mix of rain and snow into Saturday, with the threat for several inches of snow as well.
