ST. CLOUD -- The City of St. Cloud has declared a snow emergency, and will go into effect at 12:01 AM Tuesday. It will be in effect for 72 hours unless rescinded earlier due to favorable weather conditions.

During a snow emergency, all parking regulations will be enforced and<strong> illegally parked vehicles will be towed immediately</strong> to facilitate plowing.
