St. Cloud’s BrewLash Festival Combining Beer and Goulash

Goulash hotdish is a Minnesota past time. Combine that with local craft beers, and you have a truly 'Minnesotan' event. It's happening right here in St. Cloud on October 26th.

Most of us grew up with some sort of a hotdish concoction, with the most popular being goulash! There's just something spectacular about a combination of baked together flavors on a chilly autumn day that we love in Minnesota!

Combine a tasty Minnesota eating past time with locally crafted beer, and you've got something that peaks our interest!

BrewLash 2017 is happening right here in St. Cloud on October 26, 2017 from 5pm to 8:30pm at St. Cloud Technical & Community College.

It features a fun filled evening of beer samples from local brewery's and a variety of hotdishes made by their very own Culinary Arts students. There will local music to enjoy, and you'll also be able to vote for your favorite hotdish. All ticket proceeds go towards student scholarships.
