The 10 Dumbest Cities in Minnesota

Minnesota is ranked 2nd in the US for the smartest states, BUT, there are still a few dumb cities in MN. Here's the top 10 dumbest!

We have a ton of great colleges and our school system in general is amazing - which is why we are ranked 2nd in the country! There's always going to be a fair amount of people that things just won't click for them, which is part of the formula for determining the dumbest cities in the state.

• % of city’s population with less than a high school education (Age 25+)
• % of high school dropouts (Ages 16-19)
