It beat out Starbucks for the first time in seven years.

A recent survey of 8,600 teenagers has determined that -- for the first time since 2011 -- Chick-Fil-A has beat out Starbucks as teens' favorite restaurant.

The survey asked teenagers from "average income homes" of $68,000 where their favorite restaurant to eat and hang out was. Chick-Fil-A was the number one answer by 12% of teens followed by Starbucks (2nd), McDonalds (3rd), and Chipotle, Taco Bell and Olive Garden all tying for 4th most popular.

Chick-Fil-A has been named America's favorite fast-food restaurant for the third year in a row by the American Customer Satisfaction Index.
