The Minnesota Vikings (4-2-1) won for the third straight week, defeating the New York Jets 37-17 Sunday afternoon at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

Minnesota, leading just 10-7 at the half -- opened things up in the second half, outscoring the Jets 27-10 in the last two quarters. With the win, the Vikings move into sole possession of first place in the NFC North.

Kirk Cousins completed 25 of 40 attempts for 241 yards and touchdown passes to Adam Thielen and Adrick Robinson. Thielen's 110 yards on 9 catches ties the all-time NFL record for most consecutive games to start a season with 100+ receiving yards per game at seven.

Latavius Murray was Minnesota's leading rusher with 55 carries for 69 yards and two touchdowns. Dalvin Cook was inactive again this week.

Eric Kendricks led the defense with five tackles. Harrison Smith, Holton Hill, and Trae Waynes each had an interception.
