This may shock you, or maybe it won’t? Friday the 13th is one of the busiest days of the year to get a tattoo. A quick google search says that 32% of people have at least 1 “Tat”, which seems low to me. Getting Inked is more widely accepted now than it was 25 years ago or so.

I have a small one on my back, I’ve had it now about 15 years or so, but I can’t see it, so my next ones I want them so that I’ll be able to see them. It’s taken me a long time to decide what I want to have done. It’s got to be special since I’ll have it until I die. That's why I've chosen my next tattoo to be my favorite Scripture from the Bible, Matthew 17:20, “if you have faith as small as a mustard seed you can tell that mountain to move from here to there and it will be moved”.

Then I want to somehow combine a tribute to my dad and granddaughter, I still have some thinking to do on that one.
Since we are new to the area, this seemed like a good time to solicit input on where to go for my next tattoo? I’m finding that a good tattoo artist ranks up there with your doctor and hair stylist as far as loyalty goes. When you find what you like, you stick with it. In a quick informal survey around our offices, and through our social media sites, these places are very popular;

Purple Pain in St. Cloud
Modify in Becker
Barthel Tattoo in Monticello
Dark Matter in St. Cloud
Wingnut in St. Cloud

Is there one you’re partial to that isn’t on the list? Let me know. Who Slings the Best Ink in the St. Cloud area?
