ST. PAUL - The Minnesota Wild topped the visiting Tampa Bay Lightning 5-2 on Hockey Day Minnesota.

Fittingly 4 different native Minnesotans earned points on the night for Minnesota.  Zach Parise (Minneapolis) and Nate Prosser (Elk RIver) each scored goals while Kyle Rau (Eden Prarie) and Matt Cullen (Moorhead) added assists.

Parise's goal was his first of the season.

Jared Spurgeon opened the scoring for Minnesota with a power-play goal in the 1st. Marcus Foligno and Jason Zucker also added goals for Minnesota.
