Take a Swim at Quarry Park

The quarries are officially open for swimming. Whether you're into a jump from a cliff, a gentle sandy beach, or an afternoon on your floatie -- Quarry Park & Nature Preserve has you covered. Parking permits are $5 per day or $20 for an annual permit. Good news, last summer's pandemic-related daily visitor lists have been canceled. More Info

Into the Woods

Now through June 12th (THU, FRI, SAT), the Saint John’s Prep Outdoor Theater is bringing the Brothers Grimm to the stage with performances of 'Into the Woods,' an epic fairytale about wishes, family and the choices we make. Admission for adults is $15, and students are $10. More Info

Summertime By George

The weekly music fest kicks off on June 23rd and runs each Wednesday night through September 1st from 5-9 pm. Live music, food & other vendors, beer garden, kids activities, and more. The event is free in St. Cloud's Eastman Park at Lake George. More Info

Granite City Days

The annual summertime celebration of St. Cloud is set for June 24th through 27th, and includes the Lemonade Art Fair at St. Cloud State, parade, 5K run, Liberty Block Party, fireworks, and more. More Info

Brew at The Zoo

Get ready for a fun evening of beer, wine and spirits sampling from local breweries, wineries, distilleries at Hemker Park & Zoo in Freeport-- plus live music and a silent auction. There will also be food available for sale. Admission is $30. More Info

St. Cloud Rox Baseball

Joe Faber Field 'The Rockville,' comes alive when the Rox take the field. Located at t. Cloud's Municipal Athletic Complex, The Rockville is a nice spot to spend a summer evening, enjoying some Northwoods League baseball. Enjoy food, drinks, souvenirs, post-game fireworks on Friday nights. More Info

Go For a Hike

The St. Cloud area offers so many great places to get outside and take a hike with your family and four-legged friend. Quarry Park & Nature Preserve, Rockville Regional Park, George Friedrich Park, Kraemer Lake – Wildwood County Park, Warner Lake County Park, and the Sand Prairie Wildlife Management Area are just the tip of the hiking iceberg. Millstream Night Market

Each Monday night beginning on June 21st, downtown St. Joseph becomes a quaint New Orleans style market, with small musical ensembles set up on the sidewalk with tables and chairs and artist booths sprinkled here and there along the alley next to Krewe Restaurant and the Flour & Flower Bakery. Shop local art, eat local food, and listen to local music. More Info

Music in the Gardens

There are few better ways to spend a lazy Sunday summer afternoon than riverside, in the shade of the big trees in Munsinger Gardens, enjoying free live music. Bring a picnic. The concerts are held every other Sunday afternoon at 3:00 pm starting on June 13th. More Info

Rapids River Food Fest

After being canceled in 2020, the Rapids River Food Fest returns at full strength on June 26th, with live music, craft vendors, activities, and of course dozens of food and drink vendors. The big day (11am-8pm) at Sauk Rapids' Municipal Park on North Benton Drive comes with free admission. More Info
