I have been hitting the gym pretty hard since one week before 2020. I have goals in mind and there is no way I will hit my goal without eating clean and working out. Living in Minnesota has it's challenges with the cold, wind, and snow sometimes getting to the gym is the hardest part.
One day I forgot my earbuds and I realized how insanely difficult it is to get into my workouts without music. It fires me up and gives me fuel to get through my workout with more energy. I thought if it helps me, I could share my list with you.
