Homer Simpson said it best – “Beer… Yuuuum.” Oh yes. Who doesn’t love a well crafted brew? It’s the perfect way to unwind after a long, hard day at the office. And as of recently, I’ve discovered that I’m becoming somewhat of a beer snob.

I was once content with drinking strictly big-name beers like Guinness (still a solid beverage in my opinion) but as a seasoned veteran at the ripe old age of 25, I’m beginning to pick up on the subtle nuances of every new beer that I try. Personally, I’m a fan of dark beers. There’s more flavor in them, and a nicely brewed dark beverage strikes me as being a meal in itself.

Through my investigations, I’ve discovered that craft beer companies tend to provide a larger selection of the darker brews, which is perfect for me. So naturally, I’m pretty excited for the Autumn Brew Review. Beer and brewers from all across the nation will be on-site for the Brew Review.

The 18th annual non-profit outdoor festival, produced by and benefiting the Minnesota Craft Brewers Guild, will feature unlimited beer from 100+ breweries, as well as non-alcoholic samples, a commemorative tasting glass, live music, tasty food vendors on-site, vote in the “Best of Fest” awards for best beer and best brewery, beer educational sessions & tours.

The Autumn Brew Review will take place on September 15th from 1 pm to 5 pm at Hall's Island in Minneapolis, and you can get a ticket online now for $45.
