Need a Refund? Comedian’s Jokes Bring a Cancellation to His MN Shows
This is definitely not something that anyone wants to hear. There has been so much cancel culture around for several years. You can't seem to do anything anymore without someone stepping forward and claiming that they were offended and now you should be cancelled.

IS THERE TOO MUCH CANCEL CULTURE IN TODAY'S WORLD
In most cases, it probably an overreaction, an overreach, and the question of "why do we need to care if someone is offended or not"?. However, there are some cases where most everyone will be wondering why someone said or did something that was really in bad taste. And this is one of those situations. Dude, what were you thinking?
I'm talking about a comedian. His name is Ben Bankas, and had 3 shows scheduled in St. Paul. All were sold out, and now have all been cancelled. The venue, Laugh Camp Comedy Club has offered refunds to the people who had tickets.
COMEDIAN TAKES TO SOCIAL MEDIA TO TALK ABOUT THE CANCELLED SHOWS
Ben Bankas has taken to social media to talk about what happened.
Making jokes about the shooting of Renee Good is really in bad taste. And buddy, read the room. Normally I think that comedians make jokes, obviously, and sometimes those jokes are not in great taste. But I usually think that whatever the situation, you should be able to laugh at situations. Not this time. That incident should be off limits to comedians. There really is no funny way to look at it. That's why his shows were cancelled.
YOU CAN GO TO HIS PAGE TO SEE WHAT HE HAS SAID
If you are curious about some of the "jokes" he was making on his Instagram page, you can check those out there. I'm certainly not posting them again here.
