• Belk has the best average discount this year at 68.9%. No, we don't have those stores here and I don't know if it applies online.
• JCPenney, Macy's, Kohl's, Dick's Sporting Goods and Payless average around 50% off

Worst:

• True Value hardware stores average just 16.3%.
• Ace Hardware, Sam's Club, Gander Outdoors, Big Lots and Harbor Freight average under 25%
