Cheapest House in St. Cloud- It’s Under 100K
If you are looking for a cute little home to own as a first home, an investment home, or just something for "you". This one might be it!
The listing does say that it's contingent. That just means that someone put an offer on it, but they have something else that needs to happen, like selling something else, maybe finances to be approved, or something of the like. So, if you don't have any contingencies, you could wind up as the owner of this little home in North St. Cloud. A lot of these homes that I find only have one bedroom. This one has two bedrooms and one bathroom. And it's only $85K. If you look at the pictures that have been included on the listing, you can see that it would be a great fixer.
Flipping homes has become somewhat of a booming business. If you are like me, you find it fun to fix something up to what "it should or could be" and sell the home to someone who will appreciate it, but can't see past some of the "issues" that the home might have originally. If this type of a home is in your price range, it's something that could be worth fixing up and updating. Then, when you are ready to sell again, you will most likely get more than your money back. It's amazing how much some new flooring and paint can really spruce up a place. That, and maybe some easy landscaping. Plus, there's a sense of accomplishment and pride that goes along with it.
So, if you are in the market, this one might be for you!
