Check Out Signature Cheeseburgers From 9 St. Cloud Restaurants
There are a lot of “national days” but few are as deserving like National Cheeseburger Day. The origin of the cheeseburger is a mystery. According to nationaldaycalendar.com, restaurants in Louisville, Denver, and Los Angeles have all laid claim to inventing the cheeseburger. But it doesn’t really matter who invented it, just that it was invented.
A couple of months ago it was National Burger Day and we asked listeners what’s the best place in town to get a burger? Based on those responses, we then let everyone know what burger joints they might want to check out to get a delicious burger.
For National Cheeseburger Day I thought I would call those places and see what they think the best cheeseburger they have on the menu is or one the want to spotlight.
After reading this I have no doubt do you We all want to get one of these burgers for dinner tonight to celebrate this great day.
Boulder Taphouse
Cheese Curd Burger:
Burger patty, topped with Swiss cheese, Burger company sauce, and cheese curds. If you’ve never had Boulder Taphouse cheese curds you are missing out. And I do recommend getting the pretzel bun.
Crooked Pint Ale House
Beer Cheese Lucy:
Burger patty stuffed with a creamy blue cheese sauce featuring greenbelt premium, topped with bacon bistro sauce haystack onions and a slice of habanero Jack. and served on a pretzel bun
Blue Line Sports Bar & Grill
Marissa’s Pickled Roll Up Burger:
Burger patty, Smoked ham, with a dollop of cream cheese and pickles
7 West Taphouse
#7 West OMG:
Two burger patties with cheese curds, American cheese, bacon, beer onions, and Taphouse sauce on sourdough bread.
Lincoln Depot
Train Wreck:
Two 1/3 lbs patties, green peppers, mushroom, onion, lettuce, tomato, bacon with American, Swiss, and pepper jack cheese.
Jimmy’s Poor House
The Dublin:
A 20 oz patty with six strips of bacon, mayo, lettuce, tomato, and four slices of cheese. Now that’s a big burger. That explains why it’s in the Belly Buster section of the menu.
Grilled Cravings
Mad Burger:
A flame-broiled burger with onion rings, bacon, jalapeño, pepper jack cheese, BBQ sauce, and their signature zesty chipotle mayo. They say that burger is the star of the show.

Brown Sugar Brick House Burger:
Angus burger with brown sugar bacon, cheddar cheese, and Dublin sauce (Cream cheese dressing and thousand Island mix) on a brioche bun
Shooters
The Legend Burger:
Hamburger patty with mushrooms, fried onions, bacon, pepper jack cheese, and Shooters dip.
MT’s
Pizza Burger:
Burger smothered with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. It was off the menu for a while until customers insisted they put it back on.
