Check Out The Great Deals For Veterans On Veterans Day

To all my veteran brothers and sisters and all active duty personal, THANK YOU for your service. And a special shout out to all my 11 Bang Bang's out there. HOOAH!

Monday is Veterans Day and while it is most certainly not about getting free stuff, many businesses offer them to veterans as one way of saying thank you. Here's some deals you may be interested in.

Here are some places offering a free meal or beverage: Buffalo Wild Wings, Chipotle, Applebee's, Texas Roadhouse, Starbucks, Red Robin, Red Lobster, Pilot/Flying J and Little Caesars.

There are other good deals for veterans such as a really good deal with Amazon Prime. It's only $79 (instead of the normal $119 for a year). And if you are already a Prime member, you still get it.

You can get 30% off at Kohl's. Walgreen's has 20% off. And Target, Home Depot and Lowe's are given 10% off.

Ancestry.com are opening up their military records and allowing free searches. And  there are a lot, like many millions, of military records there.

And if you want a haircut (maybe a good ol' high and tight), Great Clips is doing free haircuts for veterans and active military. That includes National Guard.
