Coffee, the life blood for many of us, especially if you get up early in the morning like I do. I like my coffee to have lots of caffeine in it. Starbucks and Caribou pack loads of it. McDonald's, not so much. Here's a list of coffees and how much caffeine each one has.

- Caribou: 19.1 milligrams per ounce.
- 7-Eleven: 17.5 milligrams per ounce.
- Peet's Coffee: 16.7 milligrams per ounce.
- Dunkin' Donuts: 15 milligrams per ounce.
- Chick-fil-A: 13.6 milligrams per ounce.
- Panera Bread: 11.8 milligrams per ounce.
- McDonald's: 9.1 milligrams per ounce.
