Community Health Fair: A Fresh Start For Your Well-Being This Spring
START THINKING ABOUT YOU
Something about the beginning of spring speaks to me as a new beginning. Sure, January is when everyone is making their New Year's resolutions...but I prefer to wait til NOW.
If you are like me, now is a great time to check in with yourself. Are you at the weight you want to be? Are you living your life the way you want to live it? Are health concerns holding you back?
If you'd like more certainty regarding these questions, then I have a free event that you will want to attend.

COMMUNITY HEALTH FAIR
The Community Health Fair is coming to the Whitney Recreation Center on Thursday, April 17th from 9 am until Noon.
The event is free to the community and is located at 1529 Northway Drive in St. Cloud.

GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR ALL
Kylie Weller, Program Coordinator at Whitney Senior Center, says, "This is a fantastic chance for our students to practice real-world skills while serving the community. It’s a win-win: attendees receive free, potentially life-saving health insights, and students gain invaluable experience in patient care."
If you simply want a routine check-up or want to support local students in their learning of excellent health practices, you and everyone you know are invited to attend.
