Well, isn't this just special?

LAWSUIT

I go to Costco quite often.  I don't always buy the clothes there, but I usually at least look.  And a lot of them look like other brands, but sold MUCH cheaper!  But you can also get some name brands there as well.  I never really thought about them being knock-offs, but apparently some of them are.

EXPENSIVE ATHLETIC WEAR FOR A DISCOUNT

And Lululemon, in particular, isn't happy about it.

Lululemon, a high end athletic wear brand is suing Costco stating that they are selling items that too closely match their item.

The complaint lists several Costco items that appear to rip off Lululemon's designs and patents: Costco's "Danskin Half-Zip Pullover" that retails for just $8. The lawsuit claims it's a dupe for Lululemon’s SCUBA pullover that sells for $118. Costco's "Jockey Ladies Yoga Jacket" and "Spyder Women’s Yoga Jacket," which sell for $22, appear to be a dupe of Lululemon's DEFINE jacket with a price tag of $128. The "Kirkland 5 Pocket Performance Pant," sold online for $10, is a dupe for Lululemon’s $128 ABC Pant, the complaint contended.

SHOULD OTHER BRANDS BE CONCERNED

But if you look at the above statement, these clothing items are all using different brands.  If the items too closely match Lululemon's then why wouldn't they go after those other brands for making things that too closely match theirs.  Sue them instead of Costco.

Lululemon seeks to recover monetary damages from lost profits, claiming it suffered "significant harm" to its brands and reputation.

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE

Honestly, why doesn't Lululemon take the hint and maybe lower their prices just a hair.  Good grief!  I'm not paying $100+ for leggings.  I don't care that much about the brand, just that they hold up, just like any other clothing item.
