A new summer concert series coming to Canterbury Park this summer will feature 90's R&B/funk group En Vogue.

On Wednesday, Canterbury Park and Sue Mclean and Associates announced a new summer concert series. Canterbury Park Concert Series Presented by Canterbury Park and Sue McLean and Associates will see six major acts perform over six dates from August into September:

August 2 – Old Crow Medicine Show
August 6 – En Vogue
August 7 – Steve Earle & The Dukes
August 16 – The Robert Cray Band
August 21 – Daughtry
September 3 – Blackberry Smoke

American R&B/pop group En Vogue is a familiar sound to 96.7 The River. Their 1992 hit single My Lovin' (You're Never Gonna Get It) makes regular rotation on-air. Today, they are recognized as one of the top 5 highest selling American female music groups in history, selling over 20 million albums to date. Current group members Cindy Herron-Braggs, Terry Ellis and Rhona Bennett continue to remain busy; pre-COVID they released their seventh studio album Electric Cafe in 2018 followed by a European tour of Ireland, the UK, Holland and Germany.

En Vogue's Canterbury Park show is set for 7:00pm Friday, August 6; doors set to open at 6:00pm.
