One of my favorite parts of being a radio DJ is getting your call on the studio line.

I love getting your song requests. I love when you call in with compliments or to rave about our station. I love making you a contest winner. I love when I can answer the phone and know it's you by the sound of your voice.

Being a radio DJ is a thrill, and your phone call -- for whatever reason -- makes it all the more thrilling.

But there is one phone call I hate getting.
