I love events like this; it gives me a chance to go and maybe check out some restaurants that I hadn't tried yet, or some that I already know that I really like and here's another excuse to go.

ULTIMATE FOODIE EXPERIENCE

Fall Restaurant week is designed to bring out the Ultimate Foodie Experience. It's scheduled to happen October 20-26.  And honestly, no matter what type of food you like, there is something for everyone to enjoy on this list.  And some of these restaurants go from Maple Grove all the way to the Southern part of the metro.

What's even better about this is that there is a pre-determined price for two and three course meals that range from $15-$50.  This just depends on which restaurant you are dining in.

NORTH END OF THE METRO

Some of the restaurants that are included in this foodie week - right now focusing on the North/West part of the metro such as Maple Grove, Wayzata, Bloomington and Edina.  There are at least 70 different restaurants that are participating in Restaurant Week.

Benihana - both Maple Grove and the Mall of America in Bloomington.  This is a great Teppanyaki restaurant.  Interactive and fun.

Cedar and Stone, Urban Table - MOA in Bloomington

Yumi Japanese Restaurant and Bar - Edina

Parjarito - Edina  Great Mexican and seafood menu

Macando - Wayzata   Macanda restaurant pairs Latin and Japanese cuisine right on the shore of the iconic Lake Minnetonka

6Smith - Wayzata  An artisan-inspired meat and seafood restaurant

TOTAL OF 70 RESTAURANTS

There are a ton more (70 in total) that are participating in Fall Restaurant Week.  They stretch from the Northwest area all the way to South St. Paul and Eagan.  You can get the full line-up and some information on each of the restaurants involved and their special menu on the Mpls.StPaul Magazine website.
