ST. CLOUD -- Due to the risk of severe weather and excessive heat, the 7 p.m. Granite City Days opening ceremony and 7:30 p.m. Thursday St. Cloud Symphony Orchestra concert are moving inside Ritsche Auditorium in Stewart Hall.
