Great BBQ in Northern Minnesota

I love these types of places. They are the places that you kind of blink and miss it.  I kind of have a feeling every time I see one of these "hole in the wall" places that they have the BEST food.  It just seems like they take the time to make whatever scrumptious item they have on the menu the best it can be.

This place reminds me of something that would be on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.  And all of those little places seem completely amazing.  This one is Louie's Bucket of Bones.  And it is located in Ironton, Minnesota.  This is up near Crosby- North of Brainerd.  Totally worth the trip and a great place to stop as you are heading that way this Summer.. or just even to take a special drive that way to check it out.
