GREAT Theatre’s Improv Camps Are Open For Young Performers
ST. CLOUD (WJON News) -- GREAT Theatre is offering a new opportunity for kids this summer.
They are holding four-day Improv Camps at the Sartell Community Center June 16th through the 20th, and June 30th through July 3rd.
Camp ages range from as young as four years old up through the 8th grade, with limited slots in each group.
GREAT Executive Director Lacey Schirmers says they still have some spots left in their previously announced theater camps, but they are filling up fast.
We currently have about 830 that are registered. That will continue to grow over the next month. We have spots for almost 1,000 kids who could be in camps this summer. We're at 14 different locations this summer, so we are throughout the community.
Schirmers says season tickets for GREAT's Broadway Theater shows are selling well.
Announced productions include "Elephant & Piggie's We Are In A Play Junior", "9 to 5", "Annie", "School Of Rock", and "Cabaret".
The April production will be announced on July 1st.

Single tickets go on sale on July 14th.
