Ground Beef Sold at Target & Aldi in St. Cloud Recalled
An E. coli contamination risk has prompted a recall of ground beef that has been sold at Target and Sam's Club.
18 illnesses and one death have been connected to the ground beef in question. The USDA inspection mark on the package says “EST. 86R”
There is concern that some product may be frozen and in consumers’ freezers. Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them. These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.
