Hugh Jackman Announces World Tour, St. Paul Stop
He can sing, he can dance, he occasionally fights, and he's coming to St. Paul.
Hugh Jackman has announced a one-man world tour show titled "The Man. The Music. The Show." In it, the Australian actor will perform with a live orchestra songs from The Greatest Showman, Les Miserables, The Boy from Oz and other songs from Broadway and film.
The tour will kick off May 13 in Germany and travel Europe for a bit before arriving Stateside in June. "The Man. The Music. The Show" will make a St. Paul stop at the Xcel Energy Center Saturday, June 22. Tickets will be available December 7 at 10:00am here.
Jackman most recently played P.T. Barnum in the hit movie The Greatest Showman.
Other notable film roles have included Jean Valjean in Les Miserables, Bronson Peary in Eddie the Eagle, Curly in Oklahoma!, and Logan/Wolverine in the on-going X-men series. In his latest film out now -- The Front Runner -- he plays Gary Hart -- an American Senator who's presidential campaign is derailed by a scandalous love affair.
