Are you superstitious? Do you have good luck or bad luck? For me, I think it depends on the day for both of those questions. Ha!

You probably see articles of people winning the lottery or winning a ton of money on a scratch off tickets. I don't even try because I just am not lucky like that.

It seems I might be the outlier here because a new study just dropped, naming the luckiest states in the entire country. The study was done by a website called Pulsz and they have all the tea on which states you may want to go if you want to win big.

They released a list of the ten luckiest states in the country. Did Minnesota make the cut? You might be surprised to find out it did!

For reference, this is all about Powerball and Mega Millions winners in each state all the way from their inception decades ago. From there, analysts looked at the population in each state to see how many winners there were per million.

From there, they crafted this list of the ten luckiest states in the country. Like I said, I don't even try because the most I have ever won is four dollars on a scratch off. I don't even try pull tabs but now I might need to switch up my ways.

Minnesota came in tenth on their list of the luckiest states, which might have me changing my ways! There are about four winners per every million residents. That might not seem like good odds but they are compared to the rest of the country.

Delaware, New Hampshire and Rhode Island are the luckiest states in the country so if you want to buy a Mega Millions next time you're there, you definitely should! Wisconsin didn't make the top ten. Sorry.
