It was a magical TV moment on Monday, March 30th, when Ryan Seacrest was standing on the American Idol stage getting ready to read off the names for those who made it to the Top 14.
The nerves...the excitement...the anticipation...you could feel it all as we all waited to hear if Minnesota native, Chris Tungseth, would be eliminated from American Idol that night or moving on.

Construction Worker From Minnesota, Chris Tungseth, Wows The American Idol Crowd Once Again
Back in February, I wrote the story sharing the exciting news when Minnesota native, Chris Tungseth, got the Golden Ticket to Hollywood on American Idol. While stepping onto that stage was a once-in-a-lifetime moment for this construction worker from Fergus Falls, Minnesota, it comes after a life marked by significant challenges.
His heartbreaking story of losing his dad, his Superman, was put on display for the world. The health challenges his family faced during a good portion of his childhood didn't destroy his faith; it made it stronger.
