We have seen most everything cancelled in the last year, and then some.  This includes the normal festivities that happen in St. Joseph on the 3rd and 4th of July.  Normally Joe Town Rocks kicks off on July 3rd with live music and some food and vendors around the Church of Saint Joseph. This year it has been announced that Joe Town Rocks will be cancelled again. But that doesn't include EVERYTHING.
