The Wait Is Over - Kwik Trip Has Arrived In Northern MN

Brainerd Baxter has finally opened its new Kwik Trip.

The store officially opened at 5 am on October 30th. The new 24-hour Kwik Trip is at 7181 Novotny Road North in Baxter.

GRAND OPENING COMING SOON

The grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony are scheduled for November 11, 2025. Still, Brainerd/Baxter area residents who've never experienced a Kwik Trip are quickly learning what the buzz is all about.

The Kwik Trip location has an added carwash with soft-touch and no-touch options, as well as it being open 24 hours a day.

FRESH BAKED DAILY BREADS

Some of the other great things to know about Kwik Trip are that they bake 10 different varieties of bread every day at their baking facility in LaCrosse, Wisconsin, and then their Kwik Trip drivers deliver them to all of their locations across the Midwest.

Although this Kwik Trip location is not specifically designed as a truck stop, it does offer 24-hour options of hot and cold foods, bathrooms, cold and hot beverages, and grocery items. I've often heard people exclaim that they can't believe Kwik Trip had what they were looking for. They are quite well-stocked with items, anywhere from pet food to brownies to snacks, and so much more.

KWIK TRIP CHARGING STATIONS COMING SOON

Kwik Trip is adding Kwik Charge locations for electric vehicles throughout the region. They will be offering two DC port options for their customers: CCS and NACS.

The chargers will offer a minimum of 150kW of power per dispenser when there are four vehicles plugged in. If one vehicle is plugged in, it can offer 400kW of power for a single vehicle. Kwik Trip says that its chargers will be some of the fastest in the market. Users can download the Kwik Trip Charge app for EV charging to find out where the nearest Kwik Charge station is located.

On top of being a great location for customers to shop for groceries, gasoline, and quick food options, they are also a great place to work.
