This is scary! And it happened in my hometown of Glyndon, where the population as I was growing up was small enough to know every single person in town.

The Clay County Sheriff's office is investigating a package containing more than 1,200 lethal doses of fentanyl that was delivered to someone's rural Glyndon home.

Teresa Gilbertson opened one package when she noticed a plastic bag filled with white powder. She was alarmed, and didn't open the second bag. There was also a note that said, "I love you, call me."

Investigators say the package came from out of state, and that the address didn't correspond entirely to the house, but it ended up there.

Teresa and Roy Gilbertson want to caution others about opening packages that may seem suspicious. You can read more about their story here.
