Minnesota-Born ‘SuperAmerica’ Changing Over to Speedway

58 years after starting in St. Paul, SuperAmerica stores are going away across the state -- being replaced with the Speedway name, following the sale of SA's parent company to Marathon Petroleum.

SuperAmerica has about 170 stores and 2,000 employees in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

SA's website says:

First of all, you’ll still be served by the same friendly employees in the same friendly locations. But you’ll also enjoy new benefits like Speedway’s advanced, secure pumps and easy-to-use Speedy Rewards program. All so you can get what you need—and get on your way.

Customers enrolled in 'My SA Rewards' will be able to transfer their existing points to a new Speedy Rewards card. You can make that transfer to Speedway's rewards program HERE.
