If we are the least stressed out, I'd hate to see how every other state lives. Wallethub released it's study on the stress levels of America sorted by state and Minnesota came in dead last, making us the least stressed state in the nation.

The study was based on metrics like hours worked per week, personal bankruptcy rate, share of adults getting adequate sleep, and family related matters. In this study the lower the ranking the less stress you have. Here is how Minnesota measured up:

Work Related Stress: #42

Money Related Stress: #50

Family Related Stress: #47

Health and Safety Related Stress:#50

Minnesota also had the lowest percentage of adults in fair/poor health, the highest credit scores in the nation, and the third lowest divorce rate.

You can see the full study and it's findings on Wallethub's website. Great job Minnesota! We must really know how to manage stress!
