Molitor’s Haunted Acres Goes Walk-Thru Style for 2020
Molitor's Haunted Acres is a Halloween tradition for my friend group and has been for a decade. Back in high school, we would load into a car and head to Sauk Rapids for an evening of scares, and as adults, we love attending their costume party every year.
2020 is looking different across the board, but different isn't always a bad thing. To adjust to COVID-19 protocols Molitor's Haunted Acres in Sauk Rapids is going all walk-thru for a new and exciting (and scary) experience.
This year, you will be walking on foot through our terrorizing woods. This pathway will lead you through many structures of destruction and haunted houses. Make your way through rooms of horrors, occupied and waiting for you.. Throughout your journey, you will meet up with the undead and the most horrific evils who consider these woods their home…YOU are the INTRUDER!
Opening night is set for October 2nd, 2020 and the attraction will be operational Friday and Saturday nights through October 17th. The last two weekends in October they will be open for guests Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.
You will be walking through in groups of 6 or less, and ages 12 and under need to have an adult with them. This year all tickets will be time-specific, if you have a date/time in mind you would like to purchase, they are encouraging you to buy them early to avoid that time slot being sold out. Tickets will be available online, and the remaining of the tickets will be sold on-site.
For all the information on the changes made to this year's event, visit them online and follow them on Facebook.
Also, can we take a second to appreciate the on-brand sign the Molitor's has right now? They are ready for the Halloween season.
