Oprah Winfrey is bringing her 2020 wellness tour to St. Paul in January.

On Wednesday, Oprah announced a "2020 Vision: Your Life in Focus" wellness tour. Presented by WW (formerly Weight Watchers), her nine tour stops will hit major cities across the country between January and March. St. Paul's Xcel Energy Center will be her second stop on January 11.

The full-day experience will include:

Oprah LIVE on stage sharing the ups and downs and the highs and lows of her own wellness journey
Working with Oprah to develop your personal action plan to achieve your wellness goals
Interactive movement experiences
Specially created WW box lunch

Her tour will also feature surprise guests -- "famous headline-makers and game-changers who shed their old habits and never looked back" in signature Oprah interviews.
