Popsicles For Grown Ups

The weather is warming up and it might be time to sit outside enjoying a cocktail after work. Or, maybe a popsicle? How about a cocktail in a popsicle? Sign me up!

All you'll need is a set of popsicle molds to get started.  You can click here for a link to a few recipes. I'm going to try the spiced rum horchata pops soon. I'll let you know how they turn out. And I've included a video for making something a little fancier with fruit inside. There are a million different ways to make boozy popsicles! One tip: Make sure you keep these popsicles away from the kids!
