Rolston String Quartet Performs In St. Cloud
Take it from me, playing a stringed instrument is a tough thing to try to do. It takes months to develop calluses and along the way your fingers constantly bleed and you’ll more than likely develop carpel tunnel or arthritis.
It’s not fun. But the payoff is nice. You do get to musically express yourself, and on occasion you even get to show off at parties. I’ve been playing guitar for 11 years or so, and I definitely have respect for my fellow players, especially if they’re playing a stringed instrument.
In my opinion, those are the most difficult instruments to play. I’m always looking for musicians to see live that I can learn something from, so I’m pretty excited for the Rolston String Quartet to play tomorrow (May 19th.) They’ll be performing at the Atonement Lutheran Church (St. Cloud) at 7:30 pm. Tickets are available now for $5 - $25.
