Sartell Country Lights Festival is Coming Soon

My family, seriously, can’t wait for Sartell Country Lights Festival we really look forward to walking through 33 acres of this winter wonderland, all lit up with lights. Its fun to bundle up for an action-packed adventurous evening. My children, Harper, 7, and Wyatt, 4, just see this place as magical. They love sitting by the bonfires with a cup of hot cocoa.

I was driving by today and noticed lights going up already. The decorating has begun.  This event kicks off the beginning of December. This has become a family tradition of ours. The kids love looking at all the twinkling lights and just time spent together.

Last year, Santa made an appearance, and there was a warming shack we went in and sat on the hale bales and sipped on our hot chocolates to get out of the cold. There was even a tunnel made with holiday lights my kids ran through many times. They were full of holiday cheer.

December 7^th-December 28^th

The lights turn on at dusk until dawn every night of the week. They do offer Special Festivities throughout the month.

The exciting features will take place on Fridays and Saturdays from 5pm-7pm which include:

• Hot Chocolate
• Delicious Cookies
• Warm Bonfires
• And More

The Country Lights Festival is in Sartell at Lake Francis Park. Walking distance from the Sartell Community Center.

Parking is available at the Sartell Community Center, but make sure not to park at Chateau Waters.

Sartell Country Lights Festival is a true community endeavor. All of contributions of organizations and individuals will make the program possible this year. I hope this goes on for years to come.

It’s just such a fun event for the whole family or even a cute idea for date night. Can’t wait to go and check it out this year.
