There is a free holiday event coming to Sartell this weekend (December 20-21, 2025)!

FREE CHRISTMAS ACTIVITIES IN SARTELL

The North Pole is packing up and coming to Blackberry Ridge Golf Course in Sartell on Saturday and Sunday. The event will run from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. and is free to attend.

The family-friendly event is set to include sledding, holiday tractor rides, bonfires, games, hot cocoa, food and, of course, Santa himself! In addition, there will be a vendor market hosted inside the facility.

CENTRAL MINNESOTA WEEKEND WEATHER

Friday was a chilly day, with temperatures starting out below zero. However, the forecast is calling for a beautiful weekend weather-wise, with a high of 28 (ABOVE ZERO!) on Saturday and 24 on Sunday with sunny skies!

While most folks probably know Blackberry Ridge as a summer golf destination (and rightfully so), my wife and I know all too well what it looks like in the winter too, thanks to the massive snowstorm that hit on our wedding day nine years ago. It wasn't easy, but made for a great photo.
