Seasonal Treats Are Coming To Minnesota Ice Cream Shops

There are ice cream shops all over Minnesota planning their fall flavors. When I think of fall, I think about caramel apples, pumpkin pies, cinnamon, ginger, and just plain ol' delicious apples.

So what do you think would be your favorite fall flavor to try in the shape of ice cream? An ice cream store in Mankato might have just made something with a catchy name that sounds absolutely delicious.

The Snap-O-Lantern features a spicy pumpkin ice cream with delicious crumbled bits of ginger snaps in every bite. You can find the Snap-O-Lantern at an ice cream shop called 'Mom & Pop's', which is located at 629 North Riverfront Drive (Corner of Rock St & N Riverfront Dr), in Mankato.

While you're there, they invite you to shop around for great in-store only deals, seasonal flavors, and check out their huge selection of baked goods, from breads and muffins to cookies, bars, and more.

LOCAL OPTIONS

I'm sure hoping that our very own Jupiter Moon, located in St. Joseph, will be coming out with a delicious pumpkin spice fall flavor soon. I've checked out their website, and although I see lots of unbelievable flavors that I would definitely drive over for a double scoop, I'm patiently waiting to see what their fall menu brings. For now, a weekend drive to Mankato isn't out of the question for me.
