My mother used to say, "If you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all."

One Minnesota man took those words to heart on Twitter, albeit his silence was heard loud and clear.

In his tweet, Nate Hood -- self-proclaimed dad, husband and planner living in St. Paul by way of Mankato -- lists six different major Minnesota cities, describing each -- save one -- with positive descriptors.

Minneapolis gets attributed as "vibrant," St. Paul as "historic," Duluth as "iconic," Mankato as "entertaining," and Rochester as "booming." St. Cloud, however, is left noticeably absent of any positive descriptor words, inciting a great deal of responses -- good and bad -- from Hood's followers.

We do make buses.

You can make it in 80 minutes on a good day.
