St. Cloud Home to Top 20 Community College in America

St. Cloud Technical and Community College has been named one of the best in the country! Wallethub put together a list of the top 20 community colleges across America and SCTCC came in at number 13 on the list! And that wasn't the only one in the state that made it on the list.
